Frame Pre-Linings – windows and rough-ins, including plumbing, electrical, and air-conditioning, before Plaster installation.
Enclosed/Lockup – brickwork, roof and external wall linings complete.
Waterproofing – wall linings and waterproofing completed before cabinetry and tiling.
Fixing – timber fixings, doors, cabinetry and wet area tiling complete before painting.
